The Coherent 5517 laser belongs to the helium-neon dual-frequency laser category, providing highly stable and accurate 633nm wavelength. It serves as a standard and stable laser signal source, enabling a positioning system for multi-axis distance measurement and position feedback through the optical path design on the equipment.
