Simple operation
E5290W requires no extra concentricity process and simultaneous software
coding. With our designed fixture, user can easily utilize E5290W system
and boost calibration efficiency.
Excellent power endurance
E5290W comes with high capacity power cell, which can achieve 5 hours
continuous measurement. With external battery switch system, user can
replace the battery without disassembling the measuring system.
Tilt / Rotary mode
E5290W offers a total solution for angular position measurement. When
pair with E1791W tiltmeter , the setup can measure tilt position(5th axes).
E5290W could also complete rotary position measurement with laser
interferometer ( Keysight 5530) and angular optics kit ( Keysight 55281A).
